　　該項目由世界500強大型央企中交集團與中國通用咨詢公司合作開發(fā)，總投資16億元，建筑面積9.2萬平方米，主要建設(shè)科創(chuàng)孵化及研發(fā)中心等，打造集研發(fā)設(shè)計、中試成果轉(zhuǎn)化、產(chǎn)品展示和生產(chǎn)配套功能于一體的新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化基地。目前，展示大廳和2棟廠房主體已封頂，預(yù)計2023年底前全部完成主體施工。

　　The project, developed in partnership by world top 500 company China Communications Construction Company and China General Consulting & Investment Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 1.6 billion RMB and a construction area of 92,000 square meters. It aims at building a center for technology cultivation and R&D, especially an incubation base for new energy vehicle industry, with functions of R&D, design, result demonstration, product display and production support. Currently, the exhibition hall and 2 workshops have been topped off, and the main structure is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
